HSNM + Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN, After 10 login Error 404

Dear Team,

We have setup the HSNM in two different Mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN with version 6.48.4 (stable) and 6.47.10 (Long-term), in both of them after we login successfully with the same device approximately 10 times, error 404 appears, instead of Intro Page of Welcome Portal in every single device that is trying to connect. Then we delete the "hotspot" files in the Mikrotik and replace them with the ones we have downloaded from the HSNM server and everything works fine until approximately 10 logins.

Thank you in advance

Dear Episystems,
can you please confirm for us which version of the HSNM are you using?
Have you already tried with another Mikrotik Model?
Please let us know.

Hi,
we do not support V7 anymore.
You need to schedule the upgrade to V8 as soon as possible.
After the upgrade please test it and let us know.

Dear Team,

Because we have many customers that are working seasonally until Mid October, we will schedule the upgrade to V8 after the end of the season.
Would you please be able to support us in V7 until then?

Thank you in advance

We can suggest you at least to update to the latest V7 available (V212 is too old).
V8 is stable for several months now and developers have stopped supporting V7.
Please ensure to have a backup before upgrading.
Have a nice day.
