Mikrotik DDns does not save user traffic logs

Hi,
We are trying to implement user traffic log for different Mikrotik deployed in different sites.
We have noticed when we introduce in the 'Internet Connection IP Address or DynDNS Name' field DDns generated by Mikrotik we are not recieving user traffic log. As soon as we change the DDns for the current public IP address we start recieving them.
Is this because we are doing someting wrong or just doesn't work with Mikrotik DDns?

Regards,

Hi,
it probably depends on your network configuration.
Please ensure that Mikrotik Ddns have the same value of the Public IP.

It has the same IP address, I have checked in cloud section of Mikrotik
And network configuration souldn't be, we are testing on a complete isolate laboratory. There is just a Mikrotik, an access point and a router on bridge mode so Mikrotik could manage all settings

Try to enable ping on Mikrotik and check with HSNM utility if, via DDNS , hsnm can reach it.

ICMP protocol was not reachable neither by public IP either DDns. We had it blocked.

We made a test and it is working (see screenshot attached)
Please double-check your networking.
