Hi!
We want to get user traffic log from some gateways using vSZ from Ruckus but is not showing it.
I beleive is configured fine because is working for us if we change 'Hardware type' and select Mikrotik option is working.
Also this steps were reviewed:
Syslog port 1514 is opened
IP filter is enabled
Syslog is enabled
We are getting other user traffic logs from Mikrotik

Please tell us what steps should we follow.

since you've enabled the IP filter, have you added the Controller IP into the HSNM gw to let the internal Syslog receive the logs?

Yes we have tryed with public and private IP address of vSZ controller, as HSNM is on same network segment.
None has worked for us.

Please share the VSZ controller version please.
And if possible, an example of the LOG that is sent to a working SYSLOG.

We have tryed with two vSZ diferent with two firmware versions
vSZ 1 fw version: 5.2.0.0.699
vSZ 2 fw version: 6.0.0.0.1331

What logs should we search for, you mean syslog user file for a working gateway ? I mean you want the file or just couple of lines to verify that is working

We need to understand the format that is used by VSZ to send its log.
HSNM rsyslog filters the requests.
