Hi!
We want to get user traffic log from some gateways using vSZ from Ruckus but is not showing it.
I beleive is configured fine because is working for us if we change 'Hardware type' and select Mikrotik option is working.
Also this steps were reviewed:
Syslog port 1514 is opened
IP filter is enabled
Syslog is enabled
We are getting other user traffic logs from Mikrotik
Please tell us what steps should we follow.
