Hi All,
Since Apple sometimes goes crazy and introduces hidden policies to its products, we faced a recent problem with CNA.
CNA will not pop up if the Welcome portal size passes the 128K, for non-Mikrotik gateways (where you need to specify your Portal URL manually).

So to workaround this, please try this type of URL:

https://YOUR_HSNM_FQDN/gatewayid/YOUR_GW_ID

or this :

https://YOUR_HSNM_FQDN/portal?GatewayID=YOUR_GW_ID

So for this example: My URL will be


https://myhsnm.com/gatewayid/112

or this :

https://myhsnm.com/portal?GatewayID=112
