Update your HSNM to 5.0.174 stable version. In the Welcome Portal, enable the User Profile App where users can check and change their data and besides the following fields: 

• consent to marketing activities 
• subscribe to newsletters 
• acceptance to process personal data 
• acceptance of Terms & Conditions.

In the User Profile App, users have also the ability to download a PDF file containing their own registration data.


Important notice:
The GDPR applies not only to all organizations established in the EU that process personal data, but also to any non-EU established organization that process personal data of individuals who are in the EU.
