Hi Team,

Is there any possibility for user registered in a domain can have same credentials send when he tries to register again?

For now a registered user if tries to register himself again it gives the error that the number is already registered. For those who forgot their passwords it create great difficulty. Is it possible if a user register same number again, the system retrieve his old credentials from the dB and send over sms?

Hello humzakhan,

the system can't do what you're asking for.
You can go into Domain-> edit-> SMS and enable "Send SMS Notification" option.
Doing so you will see a "Forgot password?" link into the login page of the welcome portal
