We've just had a user consum 17GB on their 1GB plan....
Something in accounting isn't correct....  Let us know what you need to trouble shoot.

the only way I can think about, is that product with a higher data plan had been assigned. Than wrongly or on purpose deleted by the manager or reseller or administrator.
