Can you try to downgrade your HSNM to the version you had before.

We have downgraded to previous version but still having log issues. Please find attached images for reference.
Dear Team,
Please note , by disabling and then again enabling logs from gateway, 3 more logs start working. Please find attached image for reference. Furthermore we are available if you want to resolve it by taking remote session.
Dear Team,

Logs of different gateways are saving in same file. Please rectify the issue.

please, can you write us an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com providing us URL and credentials to enter your HSNM and IP with credentials in order to enter a gateway that is facing the problem?
