Hi Courage
Did you attach one of the supported HSNM? Did you try to send an SMS through the utlity inside the HSNM "Utility functions" section? If yes, did you receive it? This is the first thing to do in order to understand if the modem settings and the SIM card are OK.
After that you can try to configure your domain with OTP or with SMS notification in order to send SMS.
If in the first step (Utility function) the SMS is sent, but you cannot send with OTP or SMS notification the reasons could be:
1) The manager doesn't have an SMS credit. So please add some funds to the manager SMS credit
2) The user has reached the maximun number of SMS sent (check the "Maximum number of SMS" field under domain)
3) You have enable, on the domain, a filter based on country code (check the "Options for the country Calling codes" section on the domain)
