Restore and all products broken

by spike » 17 Dec 2018, 02:46

Following a restore from backup all existing accounts need manually updated as they've lost the expiration date...

This not call. Existing users that should be active at Error 13.

We need to recharge each user manually as they call in because the have an error.

Is there any way to bulk update?

This also includes anyone on complimentary access. How can we resolve this?

With a little more info.

Post restore from backup, users expiration dates are missing. As per attached, this user should be set to Expire on the 20th of Dec but has instead expired following an import

Issue with user login was resolved by deleting the sale and recharging.

Any way to bulk identify and update? restoring again is not an option. (and it completed the first time so I'd expect the same results)

We're also having to edit every complimentary access

Information! Pre authentication error 13 for user 24:18:1D:##:##:##@SDFCAFE@SDFCAFE, DomainID = 491, Domain = SDFCAFE, Hot spot name = SDFCAFE, Password = ######

By editing domain, changing product, saving, editing domain, changing product back, saving....

Hi Spike
We checked and the problem was that some records are not restored on DB table. We run an utility in order to populate again the missed record.
After adding some parameters on DB configuration (they will be present on next 6.0.165) to avoid replica and restore problems on big databse, we have also run and configure for you the replica between your two HSNMs.

We hope that now all is working fine

Best regards
