1. I will need help with my database configuration set up.
I am using a dedicated file server(dlink dns-321) but not able to to connect to the hsnm.
I have also tried to do it with command prompt but also did not work (password issues)

2. How do i gather customers information for marketing

3. After you administer a survey, how does the information come to the administrator

Below my replies point by point:

1) Why do you need to connect an external file server (I think a NAS) to HSNM? What you can do is to use an external MySQL DB instead of the internal one but I don't suggest you to do it. Anyway, if you want, you can find more information on how to do it on HSNM Administration Manual

2) You can get guests information simply exporting it from "Tool for managing data". It will provide you an excel file with all the informations.

3) You can have the surveys results clicking on the "Survey, quiz and Test Results" menù
