Error. The login procedure can not contact the gateway.

Hello,
I am writing to ask for your help for an issue that we haven't solved with HSNM.
First of all, I want to explain somehow our service configuration.
We have configured a RUCKUS HotSpot Gateway interfaced to the HSNM.
We have configured the Ruckus VSZ Virtual SmartZone, following the HSNM "RUCKUS Setup Guide".
We have activated these types of authentication in HSNM:
• User self-registration,
• Facebook Login (with Facebook API integration).
We can complete the registration, receiving the registration confirmation via both methods, but, the problem is:
=> When we click on the "Start Browsing" option of the portal, we receive this log: "Error. The login procedure can not contact the gateway".
We have checked the communication between RUCKUS and HSNM, but there seem to be no obstacles.
They can reach each other and any application or protocol is permitted from one to another.
Could you please suggest any idea where we should check next?
How can we assure the traffic http/https/radius between HSNM and RUCKUS?

Dear Depnetwork,
ensure that:
- the GW can contact HSNM via UDP port 1812 and 1813 (Radius).
- the Gw walled garden list is correct and with every URL downloadable from the HSNM gw walled garden list
- you product or policy is correct (without alphabetic characters only numbers).

Hello HSNM,
Regarding your recommendations, below are the results by our part:

- RADIUS Authentication (port 1812) and Accounting (port 1813) Services are creating in our VSZ Platform and applied to the Wireless LAN we are using for our testing purposes.
The same Shared Secret filled in these VSZ Services, is completed also in HSNM RADIUS.
These ports, or protocols, or applications should be allowed from GW to HSNM since we are not applying any restriction policies between both platforms in these tests.

- The issue of the Walled Garden, is that we cannot add all the entries downloadable from our HSNM gateway due to the following message:
"The Walled Garden value must be an IP Address or a fully qualified domain name".
These are the ones from the downloaded Walled Garden file that we cannot add:
*.staticflickr.com*
*akamaiedge.net*
*akamaihd.net
*edgekey.net*
*edgesuite.net*
*facebook.com*
*fbcdn.net

- The product policy we are using for these tests is the free policy offered by default by the system.
We are not using any customized policy created by our part.

Does those 2 Radius profile point to the HSNM IP?
If you cannot add *.facebook.com, simply add facebook.com and all subdomains.
Please confirm us even which version of Rucks software are you currently using.
Let us know.

Hello,
Yes, both RADIUS Profiles point to the HSNM Public IP Address.
On the RUCKUS VSZ System Settings I could find the below information:
Controller Version: 3.6.2.0.78
Control Plane Software Version: 3.6.2.0.57
AP Firmware Version: 3.6.2.0.254
Is the software OK?

Does this Error appear only with Facebook authentication or even with a "normal" one?

This Error appears with Facebook authentication and also with normal self-registration authentication.
We will try to upgrade the VSZ software first, and then let's see if anything else is needed.
