PROBLEM TICKET EXPIRED

Hello,
We have configured the product policies to allow 3 users with the same ticket.
Sometimes a ticket is registered correctly in the first device and then in the second terminal the warning comes out
that the ticket is expired and does not allow the connection even to the one that was registered.
