PROBLEM MAC COOKIE

We had a problem with a MacOS device that had been connected a week ago and had exhausted the product.

The MacBook when logging in, the HSNM detects the MAC and the option to enter the ticket does not appear.

However, with iOS devices nothing like this has ever happened to us.

If devices's MAC address is kept the same and HSNM has an already registered user logged-in from that MAC, it recognizes the MAC and so the user has only to click the "login" button.
If this behaviour not happened, it means that device changed its MAC
