PROBLEM MAC COOKIE

We had a problem with a MacOS device that had been connected a week ago and had exhausted the product.
The MacBook when logging in, the HSNM detects the MAC and the option to enter the ticket does not appear.
However, with iOS devices nothing like this has ever happened to us.
