Hi Team,

We have had an issue for a while now, across multiple HSNM versions, where devices are getting the set data limit for EACH device. For example if a user purchases 5GB and then logs in their phone and laptop at the same time the phone has a data limit of 5GB and the laptop also has a data limit of 5GB resulting in many users getting way more data than they initially purchased.

The issue is of course worsened as more devices are connected / logged into the same account, we need to go back to having the data shared by all devices rather than each devices getting the full amount.

Hi James,

thank you for your report.

We are aware of this problem. It's a problem that has always existed.

Unfortunatly, it's not solvable in the current version of the HSNM virtual machine. We believe we can solve it when the new version of the virtual machine will be ready. It will be used a new version of the Radius server who it should be able to manage this aspect.

Currently, I don't have any specific information about when the new virtual machine will be ready.
