Hello Patrick,

I have a similar problem, in my case the first user who connects does so following all the steps of the process, once the 2nd, 3rd or more users connect while the 1st user is connected to the current product, they do it by jumping all the registration process and they have free navigation and they are not seen in the control panel either.

Could you solve your problem? If so, can you please tell me how you did it?
