We Have implemented our 2 WAN and Load balancing in the mikrotik Router, we just want to know how to add in the HSNM gateway the 2 WAN address of our Mikrotik.

what is your goal? Do you want to add the configuration of your second wan in the HSNM Gateway configuration in order to have the possiblity, in the future, to download the configuration script and be able to get the Mikrotik gateway already configured with both your wan? Or what woud you like to do?

What you can do is to manually add all the RouterOS command you need to configure all your custom configuration in the custom commands section of the "Mikrotik Router OS" menu available in the "Fields for Configuring the Gateway" section.

2 WAN is already configured in mikrotik manually, what we need to ask if we can do also in HSNM so that we can download the script from HSNM gateway. Second there is any configuration to be update in the Hotspot portal if we manually add another gateway or WAN in mikrotik?

well, all the custom configuration you would like to do and import in the gateway through the script you download from the HSNM can be added through the custom commands section I mentioned in my previous post.

In the Custom Field Configuring the gateway there is no option to add another WAN.. Only 1 field you can put or 1 IP address only you can define.
If there is any option please let me know. Because if we enable the second gateway in mikrotik the hotspot poratl gateway have some problem especially when the users want to activate new voucher for there account and login and logout not working properly .

Hi,

as I've already told you, to add custom configuration you have to add all the needed RouterOS command in the custom command field.

The attached image shows you an example of RouterOS commands set to configure custom configuration through the downloaded script (all the commands in the example below are commented because not used)
