I am trying to deploy hotspot service for a client, based on WiFi4EU guidelines.
The problem is that the hotspot URL uses symbols that are not accepted in the declaration of “URL of the captive portal” field of the WiFi4EU form.

Is it possible to remove simbols like "&" or "?" from the URL. Or how can I provide the URL to WiFi4EU?

Other HSNM customers used the complete URL http://HSNM_FQDN/portal/index.php?domain=domainname&hotspotname=hotspotname with simbols like "?" and "&" without problem but they need to send the URL by mail to wifi4eu support in order to be validated
