Some phones fail to register

Hi Guys,
Some phones are failing to be redirected to the portal (Samsung S4) and other phones are failing to register with social login (Samsung S7 and iphone 4). I have looked at the logs on the mikrotik and the same log keeps appearing "hotspot walled-garden rule added by admin" and  "hotspot walled-garden rule removed by admin" even though I am not using any walled garden. Please can you suggest a fix or further troubleshooting? Please see attached log screenshots

Hi Jonathan,

inside Mikrotik gateway there is a script that auto update walled garden based on configuration set on the HSNM. For example, enabling facebook social login, the script will download URLs needed to perform social login and add them to the gateway's walled garden.

So, the problem you are facing has nothing to do with it.
About your problem I need to have as much details as possible about configurations you did and steps you took.
