Update failed! General questions and topics about hsnm

I'm trying to upgrade from 5.0.188 to 6.0.147. I'm getting the error "Update failed!"

Does your HSNM have an Internet connection available? Is it able to ping, for example, atlante.prometeo.com? Does the HSNM have an upgrade and mantainance contract? Did you tried to make the upgrade again after some minutes?

Yes, I have the maintenance contract. Yes, I tried 3 times yesterday and 1 time today. My server is cloud hosted by linktechs.

Did you try to ping atlante.prometeo.com from HSNM? Which is the result?
I've just checked our update server and is working fine; also I tried to upgrade an HSNM and it worked without any issue.
