Time Out when trying to complete payment

This has been tested on both android and IOS -- devices timeout before the completion of payment. There must be a portal setting or Operating system setting related to timeout for safety reasons?

--User logs in to SSID with correct user name and password. Portal opens up after re-direct. They create an account with user name and password.
After the click to pay for a package. They do not have paypal, so they opt for credit card payment. Once they get directed to paypal credit card screen (where info is entered) they are prompted to put in all info. Before all info can be typed in the special portal window (non standard browser session) is terminated before all data can be inputed.

Has anyone seen this? Is there a workaround for this?

we have never faced this problem.

I've just tried to simulate your problem, using a couple of android devices, but I haven't had any problem.

Can you try to simulate the same situation using a computer? For this test please, once your browser has opened, open the browser inspector (F12 button) and verify if you see any error in the network tab of the inspector during the payment process.

It could be something related to PayPal that could do different things based, for example, on the country where you are connecting from.
