Deleting Sales to users General questions and topics about hsnm

When we delete a sale to user (whether it be a paypal transaction or a recharge etc) the dashboard doesn't always update to remove the amount from the sale to user.

It works sometimes but there doesn't seem to be any patter to it

Most of the the dashboard's data are cached, and so if you want to have the "real time" value of the dashboard you should clear the cache and the load again the dashboard

We cleared the cache quite a few times but it's not made any difference

We're on the latest v6 and it's the residual data field

If we delete the sale to user the data still shows on the dashboard

Which dashboard are you talking about? User's dashboard, manager's dashobard, or which? I believe you are taliking about user's dashboard but I would be sure in order to avoid to waste time.
If you can please post a screenshot of the problem that you find

If you were talking about user's residual credit time or traffic that was not updated on the user's dashboard if you delete a product from sales to user

I can tell you that I've just been able to reproduce the BUG in our LAB and so now I am forwarding the report to our developers teams.

Thank to report it, I think you will find the fix on next HSNM ver 6.0.156
