Hello,

I am tying to delete a product, but i am getting below error,

Error! It is not possible to delete the product because it is used in user transactions

I have made sure the product is not mentioned anywhere, but I still cannot get to delete it. How do I know where its linked?

Unfortunatly there isn't any way to know which are the user/users that have a product; I've just talked with develepment STAFF and they told me that they will check if, in one of next HSNM release, they can add an utility/search that do this
Anyway surely if you have that error means that there are one or more users that have that product and so you cannot delete it.
If you want to delete the product you have to first delete the user/users or at least the user's transacation inside "Sales to user"
Then
After that you will be able to delete the product.
