Login Problem

Hi,

On a new installation we have done recently we have problems when trying to connect.
Immediatly after connecting to wifi we jump to :
https://10.10.10.1/login?dst=http%3A%2F ... nerate_204 (10.10.10.1 is the ip of the hotspot interface)

on some devices it stops here while on some others it continues to :

www.gstatic.com/generate_204


The router is Mikrotik.

Hi Arditi,

are you sure that all walled garden needed has been configured in the Mikrotik?

In general, when something like what you explained happens, it's something related to the device. We also faced something like this, but just disconnecting and connecting again to the wifi usually solved the problem.

Hi,

The walled garden is the default one applied from the configuration script.

and the scheduler is updating it every 5 minutes.

We tried various times connecting and reconnecting with the devices that were not working and they still show same url.

Yes,

Some phones(mostly android) are redirected.
Laptops are not, and some other phones(android) are not also.

in order to try to simulate your problem I need you to provide us a model name (better if more than one), and its os version, of a device who is facing the problem.

I've just try on a Honor smartphone with Andorid ver 6.0 and on a Win10 laptop and it works like a charm. I was redirected without any issue or stuck.
Did you try from the browser instead of from CNA?
