Communication error when connecting 2nd, 3rd or more devices after the 1st device

Hi support team,

We have the following problem:

The system works perfectly with all the configurations made, when the first user connects his device (cell phone, PC, etc.) and performs the entire registration process, he does it without problems and the entire registration process works perfectly, however when performing the process with a second user, third user or more users, their devices skip the entire registration process and connect to wifi directly omitted the process and navigate without problem on the internet , this happens while the first computer is connected to Wifi.

Please, I need your help to determine what the problem is.

how did you configure your domain? what gateway are you using?

Please, provide me as much information as possible about your configuration.
