Hi, I have a problem when making updates. I attach screenshots with ping tests to atlante.prometeo.com from the HSNM, the active license status and the error message.

please, can you send an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com with URL and credentials to access your HSNM in order to check?

Then, can I try to update your HSNM? what version did you want to update it to?

I did a check and I have your same issue.

Is TCP port 80 opened in your firewall for your HSNM?
