Error 11

Hello,

Suddenly all the users have been logged out and I see error 11 on HSNM, I have looked at Mikrotik log to see what is the issue and i see that, check if right appliance or not, does not respond.

What could it be? may be some wrong setting by user?

as you can see in AdministrationManual in section "Error Codes Generated by User Login" error 11 refers to this:
