Hi,
I am having issues with the product policy. If i sell say 30minutes that expire in 24 hours, the total time delivered to the user will be 24 hours. If the total time is 48 hours it will deliver 48 hours etc.
For example as attached, the time sold is 30 minutes but it is giving the user 24hours because expiry is 24hours. help

Thank you for the provided screenshots.
So we need to understand what you want to give to the user.
You can choose:
- 30 mins daily - so a user can use max 30 minutes from 00.00 to 23.59
30 mins that expire in 24h - a user can use 30 mins of total connection from the time he started, to 24h after(Example 10.00 AM of 16/03 of 10.00 AM of 17/03 for a total of 30 mins).
You have configured the second option, so it's ok that he can use his 30 minutes in a period of time of 24h.
Have a nice day.

what i mean is 30mins connection. user can log off and on within the stipulated expiry time. but this time they can be online for 24 hours which is rather the expiry.
