Credit Exhausted or prepaid user :11

we have problem with free user with domain setting " click & connect no user no pass "

the domain and all setting are used from long time

and to fix it temporary we recharge the free user with other product and then recharge it with same existing product again , we do this each day

Dear Miami,
as by default, your domain assign to user product id39 that has policy id13.
This policy has configured 30 minutes of daily time.
This time is divided by every user that connects. If it connects 30 users, every user can surf the web 1min each.

You receive that message because this product is exhausted.
Your operator solves this recharging the user with product id69 that has no daily time limit.

Maybe you can definitely solve this assigning by default product id69 instead of the actual id39.
