HSNM RADIUS not responding after upgrade to v7

Hi I have sent email to support about this but no reply as yet.
We upgraded yesterday from v6 to v7 (initially 7.0.183 but then downgraded back to 7.0.179 but no change to situation)
All looks fine, there are no warnings and all services are running.
However the RADIUS server is not responding to any gateway requests and so no users can complete registration.

Please could you assist urgently as we have 20 gateways out of service.

Hi Andrew,
the problem was related to a network interface configuration.
Now it's fixed.
