Devices don"t load the login form/info page General questions and topics about hsnm

Hello,

We are experiencing some problems on several types of devices. They get redirected to welcome portal but the login form or info page do not load on users phone.

Do we have to upgrade anything? Most of the devices are android, samsung models included.

Let us know if we need to provide any other information.
