Click & connect not working

Hi, we have configure a domain authentication mode as "Click & connect". When I test it I get the error "Error. El procedimiento de inicio de sesion no puede contactar con el gateway" after a time waiting for the connection.
If I configure any other authentication it works perfectly.
What can I do?

Hi infosey,
I've tested your HSNM I cannot replicate your issue with preview and with a configured Gw.
This kind of error could appear if there is some kind of communication error between HNSM Radius and your Gw.
Have you done anything?

Hi, that can't be the error if RADIUS wasn't comunicating with our gateway other options such as self-registration wouldn't work as well, but they are. We are using mikrotik RBx as 'hardware type' on version 6.47.
Is there anything we can add in order to help you solving this problem ?

We configured a Mk gateway to test and everything works by our side.
Even if we test with W.p. preview.
Can you please describe the HSNM version, steps taken, symptoms, include all relevant screenshots to speed up the investigation and problem-solving process. It is very important to be as specific as possible.
If you can reproduce the problem you're facing, please provide step by step instructions how to reproduce the reported issue.

Hi, We have HSNM version is: 7.0.195 Stable.
Steps taken in order to configure are the follwing ones: first we have created our gateway called "AytoPalaciosDelArzobispo" we have selected HW mikrotik RBx as shown on the picture 'HW mikrotik'.
Then we have configured 'Field for configuring the gateway' all by default except on 'wan' field 'Use DHCP Client for the WAN - YES', on 'Hotspot' field 'Add Ether2-4 to Hotspot Bridge - YES', on the field 'Hotspot Network' IP: 10.0.0.1, Network mask: 255.255.0.0, DNS IP address: 8.8.4.4, 8.8.8.8, First IP address of DHCP pool: 10.0.0.100, Last IP address of DHCP pool: 10.0.250.250, DHCP time lapse: 1h, Use VLAN: NO shown in picture 'Hotspot Network capture' and MikroTik Router OS Admin password: 'password for mikrotik'.
After configuring Mikrotik on HSNM we have download 'gateway config files', then imported on Mikrotik.
That's all we have done.

HSNM and GW are under the same network?

Hi, they are not HSNM is on 10.19.230.0/24 Mikrotik on 10.0.0.0/16. But mikrotik can reach our public IP, portal is shown and I insist if we change login metod it works perfectly, it's not a problem that Mikrotik can't communicate with HSNM.

Please open port 22 for ssh access in order to identify your issue.

Hi, you have already done port 4422 mapped to 22 on HSNM.

4422/tcp filtered unknown

I think it's not open.
Please double check.

In addition to this, I encourage you to enable LOG into your Mikrotik Gw and check if there are errors during login progress.
