even this port result filtered.
Please before proceeding, , I encourage you to enable LOG into your Mikrotik Gw and check if there are errors during login progress.

Hi, please make sure you are conecting to our public IP on SSH protocol, I've checked and I can reach HSNM login through putty aplication conecting with an outside network.

Your HSNM has no kind of problem.
Please enable your MikroTik log and check it.

After some positive test this morning, I've tested several times this afternoon and notice that your Radius is not reachable:

Hi, remind us what ports should be opened for a mikrotik, we have other gateways working perfectly.
Is there any FW differece between a regular deployment and a Mikrotik one?
One more thing I have noticed that you are trying to reach our internal private IP: 10.19.230.110. RADIUS is not going to reachable for this IP, change ir for our public IP address and should be able to reach RADIUS

I could see there is no connection tries to the RADIUS server. What else should I do?

Everytime you close your Radius server status, it resets the counters.
If you try to login you get:
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
