Hi,

The policy I want to make is :

1. Total Volume of Product is 20MB at 10Mbps throughput.
2. After 10MB if a user manually disconnects and connects back, the user will get 256kbps speed.

The screenshots of the configurations are given.




But it's not working. From my test user is getting same throughput after 10MB of usage.



Please suggest what do to?

Hi,
the disconnection can't work based on traffic volume raised by a user.
The idea is that FUP can't work dynamically.
The only way to obtain your goal is to play with products, for example:
- assign a product with 10Mbps with X MB of traffic
- at the exhaustion of this, assign a free product with 256Kbps with X Mb of traffic
