Your issues were:
- Advertiser timezone was set to default
- Campaign Show to anonymous user was set to no (with this option, only logged user can see ADV)
- Campaign dates are wrong
- Your default domain template was customized so it doesn't permit an intro, I've changed to a basic one, not customized.

Please make me correct if I am wrong .in real-life scenarios if I want to show something on end-user surfing as an example YT video.following are the settings that need to be done for execution, it's my point of understanding.
1. First, I have to declare the HSNM ADV module and configure it. (I think same as we have done by the help of you)
2. Second, I have to enable injection on the CO.IN device and required some network parameter configuration.

1) adv will work only on Welcome portal
2) Coin injection will work as Proxy if you configure it or like injector that will work only for HTTP sites.
