Licensing problem

Hello everyone,

i am having issues with product licensing. Let me explain my situation. My company's distributor is AdriNet (Croatia) and we received a demo license for your product which is 30days. I received the license maybe 20 days ago, but did not activate it. I tried to activate it yesterday and got the following error:
Error! Product not registered or licensing problems.
Despite the error, it has continued to operate for about 120 hours but now it has been blocked!
Register your product in the system settings by entering a valid GUID!
It may happen if the appliance does not have a valid GUID, if it is not connected to the internet or if more devices use the same GUID.
My distributor told me that it might be an issue since i did not activate the license right away, if thats the case is there any way that you could help us regarding this problem?

can you plase forward to support via email your GUID to further investigate it?

Hello, after reinstalling the appliance and renewing the license it's working. Thanks for the help! :)
