The user gets a Error opening page message after selecting the payment method. It is currently only doing this for one of the sites on our portal and only for some users. I have checked settings and im at a loss to find the cause. Has anyone seen this?

Please, describe the HSNM version, steps taken, symptoms, include all relevant screenshots to speed up the investigation and problem-solving process. It is very important to be as specific as possible.
If you can reproduce the problem you're facing, please provide step by step instructions how to reproduce the reported issue.

HSNM version is 6.1.85
It has happened for multiple users at the site but doesn't appear to be happening elsewhere. It doesn't happen to everyone and doesn't appear to be device specific.

Please update to latest V7 available release.
We do not provide any more support for the V6 version.

We have upgraded to 7.0.198 and we are still having this problem. The only entrys in the log are Information! Pre authentication error 11 for user
and
Information! Update user

Any ideas?

Which GW vendor are you using?
