For an unknown reason, an update DB function in your case did not work so it lost a necessary grant option.
We've manually re-launched the procedure and now all permissions are correct and the system is back to work.

Today we restart our server for maintenance purposes,
When Server ready we login to HSNM and we see again this Log: Please refer below screenshot
Our Current version is 8.0.245.

Dear Support,

We experience database error again we we upgrade to 8.0.245.
After that we restart the server we get this error: Please refer attached file

Gateway Error from Version 9.0.194 to 9.1.103 -9.1.104

Dear Support,

We upgraded yesterday our HSNM from 9.0.194 to 9.1.103 and we encounter gateway error.
Awhile ago we upgraded the HSNM from 9..103 to 9.1.104 but we still the same issue and always reject the request from the user.
Please see screenshot below.

We cannot downgrade also from 9.1.104 to 9.0.194 which isthe radius server are working well and the portal.
