Dear Support ,

We make a new Reseller for PPPOE User but when we finish create a domain for PPPOE user there is no option to add gateway.

Please advise.

Which HSNM license do you have? Did you set a "Maximum number of gateway" on manager or reseller?

Hi Jose
The error is quite clear: you have exceeded the maximum number of hotspots/gateway. You have probably set the field "maximum number of gateway" to 1 on manager or reseller but you have 2 gateways. You can get the same error if you add more gateways than the one allowed by the license.
Anyway you can find the explanation of the error code around page 337 of HSNM Administration Manual.

Have a good day. 2 Gateway configuration in HSNM is already resolved. what i need to confirmed if it is possible to use the 2 gateway in 1 Mikrotik Router? i need to configure only the pppoe server in mikrotik and the radius configuration?

To picture out the scenario:

1 Mikrotik Router - Configured the Hotspot and PPPOE server in enable the Radius server with PPP and hotspot.

in HSNM Server we reconfigured seperately the gateway for Hotspot and PPPOE, my doubt why when i make a PPPOE Gateway in HSNM server still have a welcome portal for pppoe gateway? See attachment for your reference.

Hi,
HSNM doesn't allow to configure a domain as Hotspot + PPPOE.
So you cannot have both together by default. We do not recommend do manually do this because you can have several problems and incompatibility.

The causes can be multiple. Please check inside the forum and check your gateway log to get more details about.
