login failed

Hello support:
I am trying to login to a hostpot using facebook after putting my credentials and accepting the terms i click on start browsing
from my mikrotik logs i get this error
HBTQ6D@xxxResort (10.10.10.252): trying to log in by https
HBTQ6D@xxxxResort (10.10.10.252): login failed: invalid username or password
or the error
HBTQ6D@xxxxResort (10.10.10.252): login failed: RADIUS server is not responding
and on the phone i get this message:
Error: The login procedure cannot contact the gateway
HSNM system log:
Information! Pre Authentication check for User HBTQ6D@xxxResort, DomainID = 37, Domain = xxxResort, Gateway Name = xxxResort, Mac = XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX

Hi Tepelensi
Based on what you wrote I think there is a radius communication problem between HSNM and your GW.
When does the problem start? Did you something (change configuration , update or something else) before?
Does normal login with username and password work? Which HSNM version are you using? If you are not using the latest one, can you upgrade your HSNM and retry please?
At the moment we haven't any login issue problem related to Facebook

We had and update yesterday which was performed by one of hsnm support team we now are using 7.0.199 Stable
the issue is not related to facebook but when i click start browsing
i tried to use authentication click and connect no registration no pass and get the same error

When you set "Click&Connect no registration no password" as "authentication mode", can you try manually change the password on the user called "free" and then retry?

Yes i did try that
domnaim/ display all users/ free@gatwayname/General Data/password
and i still have the same issue

Hi we have just made a change on your HSNM in order to have on the HSNM System LOG the parameters passed to the radius.
Can you try to login and let me know when done please

I think to have found the issue. Can you try to login again and let us know?
The problem was that doing the manually upgrade there was set a wrong DB connection on radius server

i am not redirected now the log is:
xxxResort: free@xxResort (10.10.10.252): login failed: invalid username or password
i even rebooted the hsnm and the gateway in any case

Please try to change the password and save. Then if you need set again the original password and save again
