Hi,

We have deployed HSNM in a public hotspot where OTP is integrated as well. Today I was going through the system log and found this error "Information! Pre authentication error 11". Can you please explain how we can fix this.

error 11 means this(please refer to the manual) Maybe you've misconfigured your product or product assigning.
