Printer doesn't log in with RADIUS

Hi,
We are trying to configure an HP printer with 802.1X protocol. We have set the printer the following way:
- Network configuration:
- WPA2
-AES
-WPA-Enterprise
-Protocol: PEAP
-Username: xxxxxxxx
-Password: xxxxxxxx
-CA certificate: Not installed
My question is if it's necessary to upload the certificate and if so where could we find it. If something is configured wrongly tell us what options should we change.

Regards,

Hi,
it is now required because we have even the PAP protocol that doesn't require it.
Please try to set PAP protocol.
Please ensure to type username@realm during login and the correct password.
Please let us know.

Hi,
HP doesn't give you the option for PAP protocol, they have just LEAP, PEAP(the one selected) or EAP-TLS protocols enabled.
Please tell me where can we download the certificate, we haven't found it.
Yes user is introduced xxxx@xxxx with its correct password, we have even changed it.

Regards,

You can download it from the HSNM WPA-E gw.

Hi,
We are reciving the following error: the certificate file is damaged or has a format not supported.
Is there anything else we could do?

That certificate can be used on Android, Mac and iOs without problems.
Please check your printer guides.
