Maps of access points

by chris865 » 04 Mar 2023, 17:04

Hi there, the maps do not seem to show in version 10. Am I missing some config somewhere?

Hi,
this is a bit generic request.
Please tell us if you're using an internal or external map?
In the case of internal, have you uploaded an image?
Do yo have browser console errors?
Please give us more details.

Check if, for some reason, your networking is blocking access to OpenStreetMap since we are not able to replicate this issue.

Maps are managed as iFrame so Web Traffic needs to be allowed.
