No Access to HSNM

Hi,
The last seven days, i have to restart the HSNM before customers can log in or i cant access the HSNM.
when you enter the IP or the DDNS, the HSNM can not be reached. i have cleaned the memory and blown the whole box but it is still the same. Also, when i try to update a software error message will appear after sometime saying the server may be busy. Help

Hi patrickk,

based on what you said there seems to be something with the host hosting your HSNM Virtual machine.

We don't have any problem with virtual HSNM version.

If you are having this problem from 7 days I suggest you to check if something has been made before the problem started.

Thanks for the reply,
because i was not able to upgrade to the latest software, i decided to first downgrade to 5.188. but after that, i am not able to upgrade again. i have tried through 192.168.10.10. help!!!

Hi patrickk,

If you are not able to update the HSNM and you got error saying "server may be busy" it may means that your HSNM hasn't got, or have problem, connecting to the internet.

What do you see if you look at the ping in the HSNM Sysgtem Info? Does HSNM ping google? Did you try to ping atlante.prometeo.com?

Otherwise I need you to send us an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com providing URL and credentials to access your HSNM in order to check.

I've just access to your HSNM and I see that it has ver. 6.0.155 installed, so which is the problem? All seem to be OK
