locked out

new install has us locked out we applied the license and placed our IP in the whitelist everything was working then we applied the lastest update. After the update we get "Sorry but you're not allowed to access the system from this network. IP address: 151.181.85.62" the .62 is our ip and is in the whitelist. help

I think you wrote an email to support for this problem. I've just checked and everything seems to be ok now.
