Hi,
Is there a way for connected clients to top up credit without client going off.

Hi,
no, it's not possible. User can recharge itselfs at the login page by typing its credentials and then clicking on recharge button. Or you can recharge the user from the backend of the HSNM. If you recharge the user from the backend, user's session has to be closed and then opened again in order the change to be effect.

No, it is not possible because the new product's settings (credit, speed, timeout, etc) are sent by the radius and so the user must connected again otherwise it will keep the original product's settings
