Dear Concern of Support team,

We have been using Demo account of HSMN. We have configured with simple login with mandatory fields
"Mobile No" and password. Users have to enter countrycode+mobile no as "mobile no" during registration time. For example for our Country "+880" is country code. Mobile no usually like "01711555398". Users are complaining while typing long "+88001711555398" every time for login to system.

Is there way to avoid country code from entering login time?

Thanking you for continuous support.

Here are some fresh problem we are facing, Would you please me with following queries :

a) How to generate vouchers globally, so that those can use in all/more than one Gateways?
2) Similarly how to get all vouchers (Global) total revenue report ?
3) Manually logout process?
4) Somehow our adv not showing in non-HTTPS pages while trying to use Adv injection.
5) If our Wifi users after successfully logged, while browsing how can they back to Initial page (to logout, see usages etc).?

Please open different topics for your requests and please don't put all the requests on the same topic but group them based on the argument
I suggest also to check HSNM Administration Manual and/or forum because probably you can find the answer to your question

Thanks

Best regards
