Dear Support,

We have experiencing Login page Error in this HSNM 7.0.197 Stable version. We have so many client encounter this problem in login page.
When they login again due to idle time out or no wifi coverage. so after how many hours when they comeback in the premises with wifi coverage they cannot login automatically due to login error.
I cannot send the video here in forum. tried via attachment but error notification and cannot be attach.. pls check below attachment

When did you start to have the error? Did you do something (change your network configuration, change HSNM configuration, change GW settings, upgrade HSNM, etc) before to have the error?
If you cannot provide us the error that you had and all the informations that can help us to see and understand the issue, it is impossible for us to help you. So please send to HSNM support e-mail address all the informations regarding the issue.

Dear HSNM Support,

We did not do anything aside from upgrade version 7.0.196 to 7.0.197 after that update there are so may client experience this problem. when they login they will comeback in login page without username and password.. please see the attached picture for your reference.
